Bulk scheduling availability depends on your plan and selected workflow.

What bulk scheduling is for

Bulk scheduling helps you plan multiple pieces of content from the library without scheduling each one from scratch. It is useful for campaigns, repurposed clips, weekly content batches, product launches, and recurring social workflows.

Depending on your plan and the workflow you are in, you may be able to select several items, assign platforms and times, and confirm them together—where that option is available in the product.

Before you bulk schedule

  • Confirm the content is final or ready for review.
  • Check captions, titles, thumbnails, and media.
  • Confirm destination platforms are connected.
  • Make sure each post fits the platform’s format and requirements.
  • Review your timezone and planned posting windows.
  • Check plan limits and available scheduling options where applicable.

Schedule multiple items from the library

  1. 1Sign in to Flikly.
  2. 2Open your Content library or saved content area.
  3. 3Select the content items you want to schedule.
  4. 4Choose the destination platform or platforms where available.
  5. 5Pick dates and times or use suggested windows where available.
  6. 6Review captions, media, and destination accounts.
  7. 7Confirm the schedule and check the calendar.

Choose the right content batch

Good batches usually share a campaign, topic, source video, product launch, or weekly publishing goal. Group content that belongs together so review and timing stay manageable.

For Split outputs, choose clips that stand on their own. Avoid scheduling too many near-identical clips close together unless that fits your strategy.

Split longer videos into short clips

Review platform fit before scheduling

Before confirming a batch, check each destination:

  • Aspect ratio for each destination
  • Caption length and tone
  • Video length where applicable
  • Destination account, page, or channel
  • Platform-specific restrictions
  • Whether each post needs a different caption or hook

Use timing suggestions carefully

Where available, timing suggestions can help pick posting windows, but they should not replace campaign judgment. Consider timezone, audience, platform, launch date, and content priority for each item in the batch.

Review the calendar after scheduling

After scheduling, open the calendar to confirm posts landed on the expected dates and times. Watch for failed or needs-attention statuses, and review important campaigns before they go live.

Using the content calendar

Common mistakes to avoid

Scheduling unfinished drafts.

Using the same caption everywhere without review.

Ignoring aspect ratio differences between platforms.

Scheduling too many similar clips too close together.

Forgetting to confirm timezone before publishing.

Scheduling before confirming platform connections.

Not checking the calendar after scheduling.

Credits, processing, and availability

Bulk scheduling itself may depend on workflow and plan availability. Not every plan or view supports selecting and scheduling multiple items the same way.

AI-powered generation, captioning, editing, processing, or export actions may use credits depending on the selected workflow and plan. Credits are usage units, not minutes of video.

Scheduling and publishing still depend on connected platforms, permissions, and plan limits. Prepare or finish content in the library first; bulk scheduling assumes each item is ready for the destinations you choose.

Understanding credits and plan limits

Common issues

Why can I not select multiple items?
Bulk actions may depend on content type, workflow, status, or current product availability. Some views or plans may only support scheduling one item at a time.
Why is a platform unavailable for a selected item?
Check platform connection, account permissions, content format, and plan limits. The item may not meet requirements for that destination.
Why did some posts schedule but others need attention?
Individual posts can fail validation because of platform requirements, missing media, caption issues, or permission problems. Review each post that did not complete.
Can I bulk schedule the same content to multiple platforms?
Multi-platform scheduling depends on connected accounts, platform rules, and available workflow options. Each destination may still need its own format or caption review.
Why did the scheduled time look different?
Confirm timezone settings and the scheduled publish time on each post. Calendar views can also filter by date range or status.
Can I edit items after bulk scheduling?
Editing may depend on post status, platform, and workflow. Review important posts in Content or the calendar before they go live.
