Frequently asked questions

How do I connect Pinterest (or another platform)?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations, click Connect, and choose the platform. Complete the OAuth flow; your redirect URI is pre-configured. If you see invalid scopes (e.g. Pinterest), we use platform-specific scopes—refresh the page and try again.
Why is my AI video taking so long?
Generation time depends on the model you choose, such as Runway, Luma, Pika, or another available model, as well as duration and resolution. Longer or higher-quality clips take more time. Check Status for any service issues.
Can I schedule to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. When creating or scheduling a post, select all connected accounts you want. Flikly handles platform-specific formatting (aspect ratio, captions, etc.).
How do I get more credits?
Credits are included with each plan: Free includes 5 one-time credits, Creator includes 30 credits per billing month, Pro includes 100 credits per billing month, and Team includes 250 credits per billing month. Custom plans include negotiated credits. Additional credit packs can be purchased from Billing when available for your plan.
