Ready to publish

Connecting a social account links Flikly to the profile, page, or channel you publish from. Once connected, you can prepare posts, schedule content, and publish to supported platforms depending on your plan.

Before you connect

Make sure you are signed in to the social account you want to connect. Use the correct account, page, or workspace when a platform gives you multiple choices.

Some platforms may require a professional, business, or creator account, page admin access, or platform-side approval before publishing features are available.

Your available platform count and features may depend on your Flikly plan. Not every plan includes every supported platform.

Connect your first account

  1. 1Sign in to Flikly.
  2. 2Open Integrations or the connection step shown during setup.
  3. 3Choose the platform you want to connect.
  4. 4Review the permissions requested by the platform.
  5. 5Approve the connection.
  6. 6Return to Flikly and confirm the connected account appears.

Choosing the right account

  • For personal creator accounts, connect the account you publish from.
  • For brand or team pages, select the page, channel, or account you manage.
  • If you manage multiple client accounts, connect the one you plan to use first and add more later if your plan allows.
  • If the wrong account is selected, disconnect it and reconnect the correct one.

Permissions explained

Only what is needed

Flikly asks for permissions needed to prepare, schedule, publish, or measure content on each platform. The exact options depend on the platform and your plan.

You stay in control

The platform shows its own permission screen. You decide what to approve before the connection is completed.

Easy to change later

You can disconnect an account in Flikly or revoke access from the platform’s own account settings whenever you need to.

Publishing may take an extra step

Some platforms require a specific account type, additional permissions, or platform-side approval before publishing is available.
