Analytics depth depends on your plan

After sign-in, the dashboard is your main starting point in Flikly. It brings together creation shortcuts, content status, connected platforms, usage information, and performance views so you can move from idea to published post.

What the dashboard is for

The dashboard is the main starting point after sign-in. It helps you create content, review setup, manage work, and jump into the most important Flikly actions without hunting through the app.

You may also see setup prompts, quick actions, upcoming posts, connected accounts, and performance snapshots on the dashboard home page depending on your account and plan.

First things to do after signup

  1. 1Review your setup prompts on the dashboard home page.
  2. 2Connect your first social account.
  3. 3Check your plan limits and credits.
  4. 4Create or upload your first piece of content.
  5. 5Split longer content into short clips if you are repurposing a video.
  6. 6Schedule or publish your first post.
  7. 7Review performance after content goes live, depending on your plan.

Understanding your credits and limits

The dashboard or Billing area may show usage, plan, or credit information depending on the current UI. Credits are usage units for eligible creation and generation actions—they are not minutes.

Paid included credits refresh each billing period. Free includes one-time credits. Some dashboard capabilities also depend on your plan.

Read the credits and plan limits guide

Managing connected platforms

You can connect, review, or disconnect social accounts from Integrations in the sidebar or from Settings. Publishing ability can depend on platform permissions, account type, platform-side approval, and Flikly plan limits.

Tips for using the dashboard efficiently

  • Start from Create when you know what you want to make.
  • Use Create clips when repurposing a long video into short-form posts.
  • Check scheduled posts in Content or Calendar before campaigns go live.
  • Keep integrations healthy in Integrations before publishing deadlines.
  • Review notifications in the header for failed posts, completed jobs, or account updates.
  • Use Analytics to learn what to improve, depending on your plan.

Common issues

I do not see all dashboard features
Some features depend on your plan, workspace role, or whether you have completed setup steps such as connecting a platform.
My connected platform is missing
Open Integrations to confirm the account is still connected. Reconnect the platform if it was disconnected or needs refreshed permissions.
My credits look lower than expected
Credit usage can change after eligible creation or generation actions. Review Billing or the credits guide for how included and add-on credits work.
I cannot publish from the dashboard
Confirm the platform is connected, permissions are active, content meets platform requirements, and your plan supports the publishing workflow you are using.
I am not seeing team or workspace options
Team and workspace controls may depend on your plan and role. Check Settings for team options if they are available on your account.
