Billing period summary
Payment methods, invoices, receipts, and subscription billing are managed through the secure Billing area where available. You may be redirected to a secure customer portal for some payment and invoice tasks.
Where billing is managed
Payment methods, invoices, receipts, and subscription billing are managed through Billing in Settings. Some tasks open a secure billing or customer portal flow where you can review payment details, invoices, and subscription information.
Open Billing
Manage payment methods
You may be able to add, update, or remove payment methods through the secure billing flow in Billing. Changes may affect future renewals and how failed payments are recovered.
Open the Billing & Payment section in Billing to view saved payment methods or open the secure portal to manage them where shown.
View invoices and receipts
You can review available invoices and billing history in Billing where supported. Invoices may show billing period, plan, amount, payment status, and tax details where applicable and where shown in the billing portal.
Invoice PDFs or receipts may be available for download from Billing when your account has billing history.
Failed payments and billing issues
If a payment fails, update your payment method in Billing and follow any visible instructions. Account access or plan status may be affected depending on subscription state and Flikly's billing rules.
Billing may show alerts when a renewal fails or when action is required. Resolve payment issues promptly to avoid interruption where applicable.
Billing owner and workspace access
Only authorized billing or admin users may be able to manage payment details and invoices. If you cannot access Billing, ask your workspace owner or administrator.
Security
Flikly uses secure billing flows for payment management. Do not send card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment details by email or chat. For billing help, use the official Contact page or support@flikly.com.
