Plan changes are managed from Billing in Settings. Upgrades and other billing updates go through the secure billing flow—review charges and timing there before confirming.

When to change your plan

You may consider changing plans when:

  • You need more included credits.
  • You need to connect more platforms.
  • You need access to more AI models or workflows.
  • You need more analytics or reporting.
  • You need team collaboration features.
  • You need API access or custom requirements.

Before changing plans

  • Review current credit balance and usage.
  • Check connected-platform needs.
  • Check AI model and workflow needs.
  • Check team or collaboration needs.
  • Check billing period and renewal date.
  • Review the pricing page for current plan limits.
  • Confirm who owns billing or admin access for your workspace.

Change your plan from Billing

  1. 1Sign in to Flikly.
  2. 2Open Billing from Settings.
  3. 3Choose the option to manage or change your subscription.
  4. 4Review available plans and billing details in the secure billing flow.
  5. 5Confirm the change.
  6. 6Return to Flikly and verify your plan status.

In Billing, open the Plans section to compare tiers and start a plan change. You may be redirected to a secure billing confirmation flow before the change completes.

Upgrades vs downgrades

  • Upgrades may unlock higher limits or additional capabilities after the billing change is confirmed.
  • Downgrades or plan reductions may take effect at the end of the current billing period depending on the billing flow and subscription state.
  • Any charges, proration, credits, or timing should be reviewed in the secure billing flow before confirming.
  • Billing changes are handled through the secure Billing portal, and timing or charges may depend on your current subscription and the billing flow shown at checkout.

What happens to credits and limits

Plan changes can affect included credits, platform limits, AI model and workflow access, analytics, collaboration, and API access where applicable. Credits are usage units, not minutes. Included credits and plan limits follow the selected plan and billing-period rules.

See How credits work by plan and Free, Creator, Pro, Team, and Custom plans.

Changing to Team or Custom

Team is for teams and agencies that need collaboration and broader workflows. Custom is for negotiated volume, security, contract terms, API access, or organization-specific requirements.

For Custom quotes or API access enquiries, email sales@flikly.ai or visit Contact. See API access for Team and Custom plans.
